Welcome to Bushytails Pre-School. we operate from two generously sized rooms within Springwood Infants School (whom we have very close links with) in Waterlooville.
We have been open since 1997 and are run by a voluntary management committee. The day to day running of the Pre-School is done by our fully trained, experienced supervisor Jane Whiley. Jane also overseas the other 6 staff members who are also qualified and DRB checked.
Our Pre-School serves the local area and has disabled access. We open 5 days a week during term time and sessions run from 8:30am-11:30am and 12:15pm-3:15pm. We are able to support children identified with special educational needs and/or disabilities as well as children at an early stage of learning English.

We are lucky to have such bright and airy rooms for which the children can learn whilst playing. It allows room to display the childfrens achievements and bright colourful alphabet/number posters. There is an information board for parents/carers to keep up to date with current topics within Pre-School as well as being a space for comments or questions. There are low level coat hooks and a rack of wellington boots and rain macs for wet weather play.
Our delightful little reading corner boasts a comfortable sofa and cushions for the children to sit and relax whilst enoying a book or being read to by the staff. it is also used to help the children think abou what may happen next in the story encouraging their cognitive learning whilst expanding their knowledge of the world around them and their language and listening skills.
